Adopt-a-Holiday-Parks-Pal at Christmas in the Park

Each year, the College Station Parks and Recreation department hosts the community in the Stephen C. Beachy Central Park for Christmas in the Park event to open the park to the public to enjoy the holiday lights.

The Detachment - through generous donations from PetSmart - has handed out stuffed animals as part of the Adopt-a-Holiday-Parks-Pal program to children visiting the park.  Santa Claus also participates by greeting everyone during the event.
